A set of your keys is left in our secure Key Bank in the operations room. If Police or alarm company advise that the alarm has been activated, a senior Mobile Patrol Officer would be despatched to the premises and an immediate check made for sign of forced entry and intruders.
Should forced entry or intruder be detected, our operations room would ask for Police assistance and send out to the site a back up unit to await the arrival of the Police and call out any emergency contact responsible.
If forced entry was not indicated, The Mobile Officer would enter the premises to re-set the alarm and re-secure the premises .
If activation was due to a panel or line fault , the Officer would remain on site until the alarm engineers arrived to rectify the fault.
The service ensures that your emergency contacts are not called out unless it is a genuine emergency.
